  • 30-day refund period from the date of delivery
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Attach your purchase receipt or order confirmation

Digital products

  • 14-day refund period from the date of purchase
  • Refunds are possible if the product has not been downloaded or activated.
  • If the product has already been used, no refund is possible.

Services

  • 7-day refund period before the start of service provision
  • If the service has already been started, the unused portion will be refunded.

Refund policy

Items eligible for refund:

  • Goods in original condition
  • Unused products with all labels
  • Goods with proof of purchase documents
  • Goods without damage or wear and tear

Items for which refunds are not applicable:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods
  • Food products and hygiene products
  • Downloaded or activated digital products
  • Services that have already been provided in full

Refund process

  • Pack the item securely
  • Use the return label provided by us

Step 3: Inspection and processing

  • Goods will be inspected within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive confirmation of the refund status
  • Refunds will be made within 10-14 business days.

Refund methods

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made:

  • Bank transfer – 3-5 business days
  • Credit cards – 5-10 business days

Return costs

  • Free returns – if the item is defective or incorrect
  • The customer bears the costs if the return is due to the customer’s reasons.
  • Return shipping costs: EUR 5-15 (depending on the size of the item)

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange an item for another:

  • Available within 30 days of purchase
  • The difference in price must be paid or will be refunded.
  • The new item must be available in stock

Warranties and defects

Manufacturer’s warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear.

Defective goods:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We provide free returns
  • Full refund or free exchange
