The QR code itself works indefinitely, but the animal profile is active for one year from the date of purchase. 30 days before the end of the account’s validity period, you will receive a reminder to extend your account, which will automatically extend the profile’s validity for another year. It’s simple, no hassle – just pay on time and your pet will continue to be safe.

If you have lost your QR tag, there is no need to worry. Simply follow this link to purchase a new tag. It will be sent to you by post.

If you have multiple pets, you can safely purchase an additional starter pack. It will be automatically added to your account, and you will be able to create new pet profiles.

You can update your information in your account at any time. The changes will be immediately linked to the QR code, so the finder will see the current information without having to replace the tag.

Yes! Most smartphones can automatically read QR codes using their camera. No special app is required. If the person who finds your pet is using a Nokia 3310, unfortunately, that’s a different story.

The tag is made of durable, lightweight material that is suitable for both small and large pets. If your pet is a horse… it may not fit around its neck, but it can be attached to its bridle.

Living with four-legged tooth fanatics is a challenge. If the tag gets damaged, you can simply order a new one and link it to the existing animal profile.

Yes, this service can also be used outside Latvia. The animal’s profile and information available by scanning the QR code can be accessed from anywhere in the world where the internet is available. Therefore, if your pet goes on a trip around the world, its profile will remain accessible and active.
